At Haven Hues Wellness, we're building a team of compassionate, dependable professionals committed to helping people live with greater dignity, independence, and opportunity.
The work matters. So do the people doing it.

Professional accountability
Reliability matters to the people we serve. We hold ourselves to a high standard and support each other in meeting it.
Leadership that listens
We are building an agency where direct support staff are heard, respected, and set up to succeed.
Training and development
Quality support takes skill. We are committed to helping our team learn and grow in the work.
Quality support
We would rather do this work well than do more of it poorly. That starts with the people we hire.

Questions about working with us
What does a Direct Support Professional (DSP) do?
A DSP supports adults with developmental disabilities in daily life: personal care, meals, household routines, community outings, and building the skills each person wants to work on, always in a way that respects their choices.
Do I need experience to apply?
Experience helps but is not required to apply. Caregiving for family counts. Training and checks required in Ohio for the role happen after a conditional offer, with your consent.
Where would I work?
In people's homes and communities across Licking, Fairfield, and Delaware counties, Ohio, including Newark, Lancaster, Pickerington, Delaware, and Powell. You choose your preferred county when you apply.
How long does the application take?
About 10 minutes, and it works on your phone. A resume is optional.
